General

Yes, prices include VAT at 22% for Italy, for orders under 149€ you will only have to add shipping costs.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit Cards
  • Paypal

To make bank transfer payment use the order ID as the reason for payment and the following information:                            Account holder: TESMA SPECIAL FIBRES SRL

Use your order ID/number as the reason for your order.
Your order will be shipped as soon as the funds show as  transferred to our bank account.

 

In case of bank transfer payment, the order will be processed and shipped as soon as the total amount of the order is actually credited to our account by the banking institution. Time for this operation is usually between 1 and 3 working days. For urgent orders that require immediate delivery, we recommend choosing other payment methods such as PayPal or credit card. The order will be closed and cancelled automatically for transfer payments not settled within 5 business days.

To get free shipping, the order must exceed 199€.

For Italy:
Standard shipping: 5.90€

For other destinations:
Standard shipping: 15.00€

All orders are shipped from our office located at Via Prato, 62, Montemurlo (59100, PO) - Italy.

You will receive your order within 3 business days from when we received it, 3 extra days for islands.

Returns and Refunds

Goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase but, any shipping charges, will not be refunded and the return is the customer's responsibility. N.B. in any case no exchanges will be made for goods that have been used, damaged or without labels!

As already said in the previous point, we do not make exchanges for goods that have been used, damaged or without labels.

Few examples of products whose returns are accepted:

  • Shirts and sweaters tried on at home without signs of wear and complete with all labels;
  • Shoes used at home, complete with labels and without signs of wear or dirty soles;

Few examples of products whose returns are not accepted:

  • Used and/or obvious signs of use trousers or lack of labels;
  • Used outdoor shoes with dirty soles and/or obvious signs of use or lack of labels;

Yes, shipping is always a customer's responsibility in case of return, as indicated on the Terms and Conditions page.
