Make a return
You may request a return for your order within 14 days of the date you received the product, without any penalty and without having to specify a reason.
In the case of an order consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last product.
Conditions for returns
The product must be returned intact, undamaged, and complete with all integral elements, such as accessories, parts, packaging, and any original labels.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Returns of products that appear damaged, altered, worn, tampered with, or missing integral elements will not be accepted. In these cases, the product may be returned to the sender with the associated shipping costs charged to the customer.
Products excluded from returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity of the product.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by us.
Refund
Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, we will proceed with the refund of the payments received using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of the day we were informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided proof of shipment.
Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered will not be refunded.
